NEW DELHI: Indian police have captured three men associated with putting down illicit wagers on Indian Premier League coordinates as experts get serious about betting rackets that develop around the billion-dollar establishment consistently.The trio were blamed for running a web based wagering syndicate from a living arrangement in New Delhi.
