Distribution of IPL passes should be made public: Shetty The two-part Committee of Administrators (CoA) approved to run the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) by the Bombay High Court keeps on confronting 'bouncers' from veteran cricket director prof Ratnakar Shetty.
